Now that we have a goal price-range in mind, we will collaborate and discuss your wants and needs to create a custom home search. Once criteria has been defined, my team and I will create a personalized list of homes to view. This part of the process involves exploring neighborhoods, touring properties, locating your ideal home and crafting that winning offer.
